    Hi, 

    I had the webba booking plugin installed on my wordpress site, I then decided to go premium and have my purchase code which I entered in the Activation tab. However premium features have not been unlocked such as the email notification features. I am working on a website for a client and it is locally hosted on my computer.

    In the screenshot I have attached I am unable to check off the box shown.

    I don't know how to resolve this. Please help!

    Hello,

    To update to premium version please do the following:

    1. deactivate and delete free version (all your data and settings will be saved automatically)

    2. download the last version from Envato.

    3. Install the premium version with the zip-file located in the "Installation file" folder of the package downloaded from Envato.

    4. Open the Webba Settings page - Activation tab and enter the purchase code.

    Hi I'm trying to update the webba plugin, but when I update it, after sometime it goes back to showing that it needs to be updated. I've been trying to do this by updating the plugin within wordpress. My purchase code is up to date. 

    Also the styling/appearance for the booking has changed on the front end of my site, even though when I'm logged into wordpress and check the appearance of the webba booking form it seems to be the same as how I did it. (The attachments show the difference between what's configured on the backend and what's on the front end)

    Please help.

    Hi,

    There was an issue with auto-update. Now all fixed, please try to update again.The Appearance will be restored automatically with the update. Please, clear cache in your browser after update to see the appearance settings.
