We have hit a bump.
Example: Massage - We have many different times and types such as 30 min/60min etc, new versus existing customer. There are different types such as pregnancy, hot stone, feet and so forth.
Let’s use a regular massage service with many defiant time durations and new versus existing customer.
That massage service has many options for the customer to choose from. some are time options and new versus existing customer.
As things stand now a customer can book a session for the message at 2:00 for 60 minutes as a new customer then that time is booked and no one else can book that same option. BUT a second customer could book at that same time 2:00 as an existing customer for 60 minutes or as any other combination that has not been booked. We only have one Therapist available so we need to have other times automatically blocked out when that one massage is booked. The same would apply if we had two or more Services available but also had 4+ options to book them.
I hope this makes sense. Because we have many massage options someone could book a 60-min time for a massage and another could book 90-min for the same time. They are different services but one Therapist. So, you would have overlapping services. Yes, we will be adding more Therapists but that does not solve this problem. We are new to this software and have spent a lot of time getting it live and so much of it works brilliantly. I’m sure we are missing something simple.

Please, try to enable the autolock (mode tab of Webba Booking settings page)
We have tried to play around with that but the written documentation is not very clear. Most of the documentation is great. We just had our grand opening and I can not seem to get this part of it.
Could you please, clarify your current question? Do you enabled the autolock more?
We were a bit confused as there was no auto lock in the mode tab of Webba Booking. However, we found (Auto lock appointments) under the Appointments tab of Webba Booking. Is that what you were referring to?
Yes, my apologies about the wrong information, in the current version Autolock options moved to the Appointments tab. Please, enable this option, try the booking and feel free to contact us again if you need more help on this topic. Also, you can try the multiple booking (Mode tab - "Multiple booking in one session" option), I think it can be useful for your case.
