Is it possible to add a link/shortcode into the admin notification sent when an appointment is requested so they can accept/deny the requested appointment?
In the current version we don't have this option, but plan to add in the near future.
Do you have an indication how long it will be until this functionality is available? It is very unusual for a *paid* plug-in not to offer such an essential feature. I do find it very disappointing.
One week. Please, clarify, is it good deadline for you?
That would be excellent and much appreciated.
Ok, we will let you know as soon as the new version will be available.
To add one further question on the subject. Appointment statuses available are "awaiting approval", "approved", two relating to payment awaiting and approved, and "arrived". How is the administrator supposed to cancel an appointment request? Simply deleting the appointment doesn't generate an email to the customer, and the only cancellation email I can see relates to notifying the administrator when a customer cancels. Am I missing something? Is there a way for administrators to cancel/reject appointments that will generate an email?
Sending emails to customers on cancellation will be also included in the next release. This feature is ready and being tested.
Okay great, thanks for clarifying. Please do let me know when it's released :-)
Sending emails to customers on cancellation is now available. Please, update your Webba Booking to version 3.2.2.
Thank you for this. What is the link/shortcode to use in admin email so they can accept/deny the requested appointment?
Option to accept/deny not included in this release. It will be available in tomorrow's update.
Option to accept/deny is available now. Please, update to version 3.2.3. To setup this new fearure:
1. Set "yes" in "Allow cancel or approve by link" (General tab of settings page)2. Insert placeholders #admin_cancel_link, #admin_approve_link in the message (see attachment)3. (optional) Edit "Text of the cancelation link (administrator)" and "Text of the approval link (administrator)" (Translation tab of settings page)

I've followed the instructions provided, but the placeholders aren't coming through in the emails. I've carried out 4 tests with the same results. See attachments for the email settings and actual emails.
Can you help?

Please, update to version 3.2.4.
Now it works, thank you
